A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it arrives in stock. This guarantees you receive the product once it becomes available, even if it sells out on arrival.
2. How do I place a pre-order?
Simply add the item to your cart, complete checkout, and make the required pre-order payment. Once your order is confirmed, we will secure your item and notify you of updates.
3. Do I have to pay in full for a pre-order?
Yes — all pre-orders require full payment upfront to secure your item. This ensures your product is reserved specifically for you.
4. How long does a pre-order take to arrive?
Delivery timelines vary depending on the supplier and item. Estimated arrival times will be listed on the product page and a follow-up notification will be sent once the shipment is on the way.
5. Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as items are specially ordered for you. Please review the product details carefully before checkout.
6. Are pre-orders refundable?
Pre-orders are non-refundable, except in situations where the supplier cannot deliver the item. If this happens, you will receive a full refund or credit option.
7. What happens if the product arrives later than expected?
Shipping delays can occur due to external factors outside of our control. If a delay happens, we will update you immediately via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
8. Can I pre-order multiple items at once?
Yes, you can purchase as many pre-order items as you like. Each item will be secured once payment is completed.
9. How will I know when my pre-order is ready for pickup or delivery?
Once the item arrives, you will be notified with instructions for pickup or delivery completion.
10. What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We offer exchange-only support for defective items. Simply contact us within 24 hours of collection with proof (photo or video), and we will guide you through the process.

Pre-Order Delivery Timeline Policy
Estimated arrival dates will be provided but may change based on shipping, customs, or supplier delays. Customers will be updated promptly if delays occur.
Pre-Order Pickup/Delivery Policy
Customers will be contacted as soon as the order arrives. All pre-orders must be collected within 5 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
Defective or Damaged Product Policy
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with proof. Exchanges are available based on stock availability. Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds unless the supplier fails to deliver.
